  • Ben hoyer

    Executive Pastor

    Graduating from Seminary in 2008, Ben has served Central Florida Cross Network ever since. In 2010 he helped to launch The Cross Orlando congregation and, following that, launched several missional ventures. Today he is campus pastor at The Cross Orlando and Executive pastor for our network.

  • Dennis McGavock

    Chief Operating Officer

    With a diverse background in both corporate and entrepreneurial projects, Dennis joined our network in 2009, since then he has overseen financials, facilities, technology, HR…and whatever else comes up.

  • Cindy Moon

    Holy Cross Academy Executive Director

    Joining our Network in 2022 with robust experience in private school leadership, Cindy leads all Academy efforts with passion and clarity. They are focused on strengthening students and families to live transformed lives through Christ.

  • Russ Peterson

    Holy Cross Lake Mary Campus Pastor

    Russ came to our Network in 2024 to lead our original congregation in Lake Mary. Having served in Wisconsin, Michigan and Kansas City, Russ brings deep experience and a passion for meaningful discipleship leading to fruitful evangelism.

  • Blake Wright

    Resurrection Church Campus Pastor

    Blake has served as Youth leader in Mt. Dora and Michigan before joining our Network in 2021. While with us he been youth leader, Director of Spiritual Life at the Academy as well as Bible teacher. He currently serves as our Resurrection Church Campus Minister and worship leader.

    Board Chair

    Pat is a solid encourager, always a calm and steady presence. As chair he also has served on the finance team the last two years. Pat primarily attends Resurrection Church.

  • Dianne Culpepper

    Board Secretary

    Dianne is universally capable. She is a dilligent, faithful and and experienced advisory. In her role as secretary she keeps minutes for meetings, she also has served on the finance and facilities team. Dianne primarily attends Holy Cross Lake Mary.

    Member at Large

    Chris is a leader of conviction.  He has an internal sense of the work that God has called him to and works tirelessly for that calling. Chris primarily attends Resurrection Church.

    John is an incredibly supportive person. His servants heart shows up in his work and family life and he shares that spirit with us generously. John primarily attends Holy Cross Lake Mary.

    Armando is a buoyant personality; lifting those around him with optimism. expertise and a servants disposition. He’s the newest member of our board and primarily attends Holy Cross Lake Mary.
